Staff Punishment Key

This punishment key is useful to know what the punishments are for breaking a staff rule.

Staff Punishment System

VB = Verbal warning
If you wish to infract a user that is the same rank as you, you must get another member from MGT/IA to sign on
In order for a member in the leadership team to be suspended, demoted, or terminated, a vote must be called, with the majority vote deciding the outcome
Demotions are handed out in place of suspensions if the staff member is deemed not fit for the role, or they're inactive

Failing to end shift.	FULL SHIFT WIPE + WARNING
Not using 4 letter rule.	VB THEN WARNING
Joining an HR+ office without permission.	VB THEN WARNING
Using a soundboard.	VB THEN WARNING
Using commands off-duty without perms.	VB THEN WARNING / STRIKE
Moderating under 15 players without good reason.	VB THEN WARNING / STRIKE
Teleporting to, or bringing HR in game without perm.	VB THEN WARNING / STRIKE
Unprofessionalism.	VB THEN WARNING / STRIKE
Constantly Pinging Members In Discord.	VB THEN WARNING / STRIKE
DM advertising.	STAFF STRIKE
Custom :h/:m command without perm.	STAFF STRIKE
Calling Members by their first name without perm.	STAFF STRIKE
Moderating player without proof.	STAFF STRIKE
Not obeying a higher-ranking staff member.	STAFF STRIKE
Disrespect to members/staff.	STAFF STRIKE
Abusing commands.	STAFF STRIKE
Lying to MGT+.	STAFF STRIKE
Not using SPaG in tickets or while being on duty.	STAFF STRIKE
Banning members without good reason.	SUSPENSION
Nuke/Raid Threats.	TERMINATION + PERM BAN

If you achieve 3 warnings it will be turned into a strike
Strikes must have an expiration of 30 days
Suspension length will depend on the severity of infractions, however, it's usually atleast 3-7 days long
