Off-duty Commands
Staff can only use these commands when they are off-duty.
Using these commands while in a roleplay is prohibited.
Any staff member is allowed to use commands during SSD. (Except all/others commands)

- pm (to talk to other staff only)
- refresh (to change your avatar only)
