It will now be an official warning anytime you disobey the chain of command.

E.g., if you are below management, you must ping management if you have a question. If you are management, you ping executive, and then executive will ping leadership. All leadership team members should not see management and below pinging them asking a question. You will get no reminder anymore and will just get an official warning.
